  3. While watching the Career and Employment Center Overview, these three pieces stood out in importance to me:
    1. The career center, which would enable me to be able to take assessments based off my personality, interests, skills or values to find a better suited job for myself. I believe that these assessments are beneficial to my future because instead of picking something that I think I would like as a career, these surveys will take categories that best suite who I am and what I enjoy, and I can probably find something I like from there.
    2. Optimal resume is beneficial to my success because I haven't made a resume in about 4 years from when I first started with the company that I am employed with now, and it will help me refresh what credentials companies are most interested in seeking, to better my chances and sell myself on paper before prepping for an interview.
    3. Prepping for interviews with instructors. Being able to have resources to research the businesses we are most interested in is a great source to have so in case you are a selected candidate for an interview and if they ask you why you are interested in working for them, you will have some research completed on the company to show your ambition to be a part of their team.
